Spicy Red Pepper Sauce


  • 3 red bell peppers, seeed and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried, spicy red pepper seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper


Place bell peppers in a food processor with red pepper seeds and about 1/2 teaspoon of salt.  Pulse until the mixture turns into a puree.  Add the puree to a small saucepan and heat over low heat stirring frequently until most of the water is absorbed and the sauce has thickened.  Stir in honey and additional salt and pepper to taste.
