Grilled Turkey Breast
- 2 lbs boneless turkey breast
- 2 TBSP chopped fresh thyme or 2 TSP dried thyme
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Grapeseed oil
Season both sides with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cover with lemon juice and sliced lemon.
Drizzle both sides with grapeseed oil. Cook over indirect heat on an outdoor grill until internal temperature reaches 165.
