Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • salt & pepper to taste 

Directions

Put all ingredients in tightly sealed container or small mason jar and shake vigorously to combine.  Can be stored for 4 - 5 days in the refrigerator, re-shake to combine before each use.
